The TM-mode dielectric resonator cavity can measure thin sheet-type samples and can be used together with the AET Sample Cutter, which helps you quickly and easily prepare samples in standard sizes.

The high-Q-factor resonant cavity enables stable measurement with high resolution for low-dielectric-loss materials (such as PTFE and high-purity ceramics). This method complies with JIS C2565 and ASTM D2520 standards.
